Despite it being a 'one person operation' and a project of only two months (thus far), I have thoroughly and (I think) objectively researched the subject taking into account evidence and statements from Claimants, Staff, Managers, Ministers, CABx etc. This has led me to conclude that there is a far more insidious ’hidden agenda’ happening, for which Ministers for the DWP and the Chief Executive of "Jobcentre Plus" (Jim Murphy M.P., James Plaskitt M.P. and Ms. Lesley Strathie) ought to be held to account. As to the participation of Jobcentre Plus and Benefits Delivery Centre Staff in this 'sorry business' I think that it would be fairer to also take into consideration their job insecurities, under-staffing, lack of adequate training, and the Milgram Experiments (1), before being judgmental.
